Working From Experience

Hello,

I thought I would share a little bit about myself. One of the most frequent questions I get asked is ‘How did you get into Electrology?’ Well, let me tell you. I was not even thirty years old yet and started getting some very obnoxious coarse hairs on my chin, Yikes! I remember thinking NOOOOOO… So I started researching ways to get rid of them.

After visiting numerous laser centers and learning that the laser would not do anything for my blonde hairs I was heartbroken. At this point I resolved to at least make sure they were never seen. I kept tweezers in my purse, car, and several places at home. So for years I examined my face for unwanted hair several times a day and pulled them out the second they reared their ugly heads. Well, when I finally spoke to my mom about this issue ( I think she caught me tweezing) and she suggested Electrolysis. Thus began my journey…

I found an electrologist and fell in love with my results. As I learned more, I decided I would love to be able to help others.

Finally free yourself from…

  • Tweezing

  • Waxing

  • Shaving

  • and Hiding

I would love the opportunity to meet with you and talk about Electrolysis so that you can determine if Electrolysis is the best option for you. Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have as you browse the website.

YOUR ELECTROLOGISTS

As you may already know Electrologists are hard to find and GOOD Electrologists even harder. Methods have changed over the years, so no two Electrologists are alike. In Utah we are lucky enough to be in a state that has one of the only accredited schools in the west, Cameo.

I was born and raised in New Mexico where I met my Husband who is a Marine. We have been married now for almost seventeen years. During our travels with the military we had visited Utah and fell in love. We loved the mountains, the four seasons and the friendly people so we made the move and settled down here. That was thirteen years ago! I trained at Cameo and graduated in 2014. I am also an accredited member of the American Electrology Association.

I have been a resident of Utah since 2014. Before that, I lived in a variety of places that include Japan, Germany, Rhode Island, and Southern California. I am thankful for my diverse background and enjoy getting to know people. I became a licensed electrologist in 2017. My experience since has been incredibly rewarding. I love helping people achieve their goals for smooth, hair-free skin they can enjoy for the rest of their lives! I also enjoy how electrolysis challenges me daily to be precise, accurate, and always in touch with the latest advancements in the field. It’s work that’s fun AND meaningful to me, and I hope to do it for many more years to come.

I love camping, hiking, paddle boarding and all things outdoors with my two kids.

My favorite treatments to perform are microneedling and chemical peels.

I’ve been in the medical field for over 13 years and decided I wanted to change my career so I could work closer with people and do something to help people feel good about themselves and their appearance. I have PCOS and have dealt with unwanted hair for years. I found out about electrolysis from my twin sister and decided I wanted to start the journey of learning this profession. I’m super excited to share my experience and knowledge with others that are on their journey with hair removal for whatever reason they have chosen.
Angelica ParrinelloElectrologist
I have been in the beauty industry for 20+ years, I started the hair removal process 12 years ago because I have PCOS and I wanted to share my journey with others who have gone through the struggles of unwanted hair. I have done every form of hair removal you can think of since I was 13 years old and when I finally came across electrolysis I was so excited, Finally a permanent solution to unwanted hair, and now I get to be the person to help others on their journey to removing unwanted hair and the bonus is, meeting new people, sharing stories and building confidence with each person who sits in my chair, I’m so excited to help people look and feel better.

“This is my first experience with electrolysis and I’m so glad that Erin is the person I chose. My skin is extremely sensitive, and Erin has been able to find a method of removing hair that isn’t resulting in a reaction to my skin. She has taken painstaking efforts to make electrolysis work for me in spite of my skin sensitivity issues. I am having incredible results on the area she’s performing on. I would highly recommend Erin for your hair removal needs!”
